Yesterday Gaz and I completed the Lincoln 10km. We started the race together, kept each other motivated and helped each other through the pain barriers before joining hands and crossing the finish line. Thank you to all of you for visiting our tribute to Dad and donating to this heartfelt cause. Prostate Cancer affects the lives of many but we can unite and beat it!
